If you're considering this, buy it!
My sister recommended this and I'm glad I took her advice! It has an ingenious slide out feature and is amazingly easy to clean. I've used it several times to make one or two breakfast sandwiches. It only takes a few minutes and they've all turned out great! I like this appliance so well, I bought a book of recipes so I'll be able to use it more often. I'm very impressed! Cool but unnecessary. More of a novelty item.
I love Egg sandwich’s more than the average person. So much so that I bought this thinking it’s a Must-Have for a true Egg sandwich lover, but after trying this out many times and comparing it to the traditional way of Egg sandwich cooking, I prefer the regular way. It’s much easier and faster and less of a mess. This is more like a fun activity to try. It doesn’t make life any easier. The Hamilton is more of a novelty item. My suggestion is to buy some $3 egg rings over this. Cook eggs in a pan w the egg rings, put a pot cover over the cooking egg, add water so the Egg steams and makes a perfect round egg, add some Canadian bacon to the pan which browns it (not like Hamilton maker) add a piece of cheese, put it on an English muffin, voila! Egg McMuffin. The. Comes your clean up which is ... I love Egg sandwich’s more than the average person. Great product - this is an amazing appliance
This is SO easy to make a morning grab and go. This makes it very good. I like breakfast sandwiches and would make them occasionally prior to purchasing - but now its everyday for multiple family members. My one and only complaint - and I would give this a 4.5 stars, there are little crevices where the handle meets the cooking surface and you must be sure to clean those out as cheese and egg get in there. Not a show stopper - but annoying.This is SO easy to make a morning grab and go. This makes it very good. I like breakfast sandwiches and would make them occasionally prior to purchasing - but now its everyday for multiple family members. Great for making a quick easy breakfast for little cost Everyone loves these homemade muffins. Can make anything from sausage, ham or bacon with egg and cheese. Takes less than a minute to make mcmuffins and set time for 5 minutes and they're done. Be careful they will be very hot.
