      DSC WS4945

      I have had almost 20 of these installed for about a month now. They are very easy to install, however I did not try to use the double sided tape, preferring to use the included screws to mount the sensors. They appear to be a quality product, I did not have a single bad unit. I like the additional feature of the screw terminals on the board where you can mount a different sensor to the wireless unit. I used this feature to alarm a safe, so that the wireless transmitter is actually outside of the steel box. Good product, can't speak to longevity at this juncture.

      Nice unit as it allow two additional alarm zone contact inputs besides the built in magnetic reed switch.

      Perfect solution for connecting door/windows of an outbuilding to a DSC wireless alarm system without running a cable to the house. Built in tamper switch informs the alarm central station if someone opens it on purpose or accidentally. Sends low batt alert too. Very good design. Would reco ...
